Tezuka, poet Kodama Tanima, and reporter Rock visit Fossil Island, tended to by Gansaku, the elderly owner of the only inn on the island. On the night of their stay, they are visited by curious and fantastical dreams of all sorts relating to the rocks on the island. What worlds will these dreams bring them to?
